This Returns and Refund Policy has been written so that you know exactly what happens if you need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund.
Cancellations
- If you cancel your booking 15 days or more before your travel date, you will receive a full refund (after deducting nominal processing charges, if any).
- If you cancel between 7 to 14 days before travel, you will receive 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel are non-refundable, as all arrangements (tickets, hotel bookings, vehicles, guides) would already be confirmed.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Please note that refunds depend on the policies of hotels, transport providers, and third-party partners. Wherever possible, we ensure you get the maximum refund available.
- In case of special darshan tickets (such as Ram Mandir VIP Darshan Booking), these are usually non-refundable once confirmed, as they are issued directly by temple authorities.
Rescheduling & Adjustments
Sometimes you don’t want to cancel — just change the dates. We get it.
- Date changes can be requested up to 10 days before travel, subject to availability.
- If the new dates have different rates (seasonal prices, hotel availability, or festival surcharges), the difference will be applied.
- Our team will do everything possible to adjust your plan so you don’t lose your booking.
No-Shows
- If a traveler does not show up on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered used and non-refundable.
Why This Policy Exists
Every tour involves careful planning — tickets are reserved, hotels are booked, guides are confirmed, and vehicles are assigned. When cancellations happen last minute, many of these costs cannot be recovered. That is why refund rules exist.
But at the same time, we believe in fairness. Whenever possible, we support our travelers and process refunds generously.
